About Harney Hospital Foundation & the ‘A Night in Athens’ Gala

Harney Hospital Foundation is a nonprofit organization that supports the long-term viability, growth, and development of high-quality healthcare services provided by Harney County Health District. The Health District is comprised of Harney District Hospital and all of its affiliated entities. Every year, the Foundation hosts a successful, highly attended gala, raising thousands of dollars for essential healthcare equipment and services. Featuring delicious food, lively music, and stunning décor, this formal affair is the Foundation’s largest annual fundraiser. This year’s theme evokes the elegance and glamour of Greece.

Services to be performed

The Foundation is seeking a caterer to prepare a Grecian/Mediterranean-inspired dinner for 200-230 guests. The menu should include three entrée options — including red meat, white meat, and vegan dishes — as well as a salad and side dish. Proposals for beverage service will also be accepted. We are looking for a full-service bar, including signature cocktails. Beverage service can be stand alone or accompany a food catering proposal. A dessert caterer has already been selected.
